Very easy just start it... E.g let's say you wish to start Team Semasa Paul or whatever, you just start adding it to your posts as #TeamSamasaPaul, it could be all small letters, it doesn't really matter.
One of the ways to make your hashtag popular is to encourage your friends to pls use it...
